Where it is stored
Inquiries are saved in the website's database. They are not publicly readable: only the store's own server code can access them. We also store a one-way technical fingerprint of the sending connection and email address, used solely to limit automated bulk submissions.
What is kept in your browser
Your selected cards are kept in your browser's local storage so your selection survives a page refresh. Only card identifiers are stored there — never your name, email address or message.
Information the store owner must still provide
A complete privacy policy also needs the identity and address of the data controller, a contact point for privacy questions, how long inquiries are kept, any third parties involved, and the legal basis for processing under applicable law. Those details have not been supplied and are deliberately left blank rather than invented.
